I found the front desk staff very cheerful. They were also friendly and helpful. The location is also quite good. I also appreciated the heritage vibe that the hotel preserved.
The walls are peeling off here. There is also mold everywhere, including in our shower. The places around the rooms need a proper clean up because it looks like total chaos..

i found the staff very attentive. debasish at reception was particularly helpful. rinky, prakash, paele, and anand offered great service too. room service was quick and efficient during my nights count.
my room lacked a vanity in the bathroom so keeping my toiletries was awkward.

Charming Heritage Stay
quiet privacycomfortable bedtattered carpet
The legacy of the previous owner is clearly valued. Minor issues such as inconsistent shower pressure were acceptable. The hotel's unique and special atmosphere. My room, located upstairs and at the back, provided quiet and privacy, a definite plus.
I found that the stairs require repainting and the carpet needs replacement. The tattered appearance detracts from the overall charm. Addressing this would enhance the experience.

Excellent food was available at a reasonable price, so I often dined in the hotel. The terrace provides a relaxing atmosphere with pretty fairy lights and plants. The inside dining room is more formal.

The location is excellent. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The art and decorations throughout the hotel are quite excellent. I appreciated the convenience of the on-site dining options and garden area.
